1. Who's responsible for personal property taxes?
The Leasee is responsible for personal property taxes, however many times we can help you recover funds you may have overpaid in previous tax years due to new economic stimulus laws.

2. Who is responsible for carrying insurance for the equipment?
The Leasee, naming both the Leassor and himself.

3. How long can I lease the equipment?
Leassor provides flexible terms depending on the expected life of the equipment.

4. Do I lose the benefit of Manufacturers Warranties, Guarantees, or Services?
No, the leassor passes these on to the leasee.

5. What can I lease?
Commercial Equipment, one item or a whole package as long as the total leased equals over $1000.00 lease agreement.
